Key Responsibilities:
? Support students in and out of the classroom, helping them engage with the curriculum
? Assist teachers in delivering high-quality lessons and interventions
? Provide 1:1 and small-group support to students with diverse learning needs
? Foster a positive, inclusive, and supportive learning environment
? Support students' emotional wellbeing, behaviour management, and personal development

What We're Looking For:
? Previous experience working with young people in a school or youth setting (desirable but not essential)
? A positive, proactive, and flexible attitude
? Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
? The ability to build strong relationships with students and staff
? A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of young people
