About the Role
We are looking for a dedicated, enthusiastic, and compassionate Teaching Assistant to join a supportive and inclusive school in Ealing. As a Teaching Assistant, you will work alongside teachers and support staff to provide high-quality learning support, helping pupils develop academically, socially, and emotionally within a safe and nurturing environment.
Key Responsibilities Support teachers in delivering engaging and effective lessons Provide one-to-one and small-group support to pupils where required Assist pupils with their learning, confidence, and personal development Support children with additional educational needs and individual learning plans Help prepare classroom resources and learning activities Promote positive behaviour and encourage independence Create a welcoming, inclusive, and supportive classroom environment Work collaboratively with teachers, support staff, and families About You
The ideal candidate will be:
