As a Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with our teachers to support students' educational and personal development. You will play a key role in helping to create a positive and inclusive learning environment where all students can flourish.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in planning and delivering engaging lessons to meet the diverse needs of students.
• Provide one-on-one or small group support to students, helping them to understand and engage with the curriculum.
• Encourage and motivate students, helping to build their confidence and skills.
• Support students with special educational needs (SEN) by implementing their individual education plans (IEPs).
• Assist in maintaining a positive classroom environment, promoting good behavior and respectful interactions.
• Collaborate with teaching staff to enhance student learning and contribute to the overall success of the school.

Position: Fixed term, 30 hours per week

Salary: Grade 6, £28,792 - £31,022 FTE
