What You'll Do:

• Provide individual and small group support to students across all year groups, tailored to their specific needs and learning styles.


• Collaborate with teachers to plan and deliver engaging and informative lessons, adhering to the National Curriculum and Catholic school ethos.


• Assist with the preparation and marking of lessons, assessments, and other classroom materials.


• Provide constructive feedback and encouragement to students, fostering their academic and personal development.


• Contribute to a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes Catholic values and respect for all.


• Supervise students during break times and extracurricular activities, ensuring their safety and well-being.


• May assist with specific learning programs or initiatives within the school.

• Holds a relevant qualification (e.g., Level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant qualification, GCSEs in core subjects).
