Teaching Assistant- Life Skills

Protocol Education is looking for dedicated Teaching Assistants to support post-16 students with SEND as they develop essential life skills and prepare for independence.

Key Responsibilities:

Support students with independent living skills.
Assist with travel training and community-based learning.
Encourage confidence, communication, and self-advocacy.
Support employability and vocational learning activities.
Promote independence both in and outside the classroom.

Requirements:

Experience supporting young people with SEND.
Passion for preparing students for adulthood.
Positive and encouraging approach.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
