We are looking for enthusiastic, caring and dedicated Teaching Assistants to join our friendly and supportive primary school in Maidstone, Kent.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about working with children and wants to make a real difference to their educational journey.
The role
As a Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with teachers and other members of our dedicated team to support pupils both in and outside the classroom. You will help create a positive, inclusive and stimulating learning environment where every child feels valued and supported.
Your responsibilities may include:
* Supporting pupils with their learning and development, both individually and in small groups
* Working alongside class teachers to deliver engaging learning activities
* Supporting children who may require additional educational, social or emotional support
* Encouraging positive behaviour and helping children develop confidence and independence
* Assisting with classroom organisation and preparation of resources
* Building positive relationships with pupils, staff and parents/carers
* Supporting the wider life of the school
About you

Previous experience working with children is desirable, but we are also happy to hear from candidates who are looking to begin or develop their career in education. Training and support will be provided to the right candidate.
