Working Hours: 8.30am - 3.30pm (30-minute lunch break) | Term time only | Part-time considered for the right candidate
Salary: Bucks Pay Range 1 (FTE £23,797 - £24,950), dependent on experience

We are currently working on behalf of a vibrant and inclusive primary school in High Wycombe to recruit a Teaching Assistant to join their friendly and dedicated team. About the Role:
As a Teaching Assistant, you will support children either generally across a classroom or working 1:1 with a particular child, depending on the needs of the school. You will be instrumental in providing creative, enriching, and inspiring opportunities for learning. The school is seeking someone who thrives as part of a team and is committed to professional development.

• Willingness to engage with ongoing training and CPD opportunities

• Interest or experience in educational research, including Rosenshine's Principles in Action, is a bonus
