Job Title: Teaching Assistant Tutor / Trainer

Location: Middlesbrough and surrounding areas

Salary/Package: £28,000 + Excellent Benefits Package, Pension, Mileage + more!

Type: Full Time, Permanent

Criteria for all candidates:

Hold a recognised Teaching qualification at Level 3 or above (PTLLS/AET) and / or Assessor Award (TAQA / CAVA / A1)
Must be an experienced Teaching Assistant.
Experience / knowledge of SEND / Autism desirable.
Confident to deliver group-based, face to face training.
Full driving licence and use of own vehicle.

Duties include:

Deliver Teaching Assistant qualifications, at Level 1 and Level 2, to adult learners in a group-based setting.
Ensure sessions are motivating, engaging and develop learners' skills knowledge and behaviours.
Organise and maintain documentation on learners' progress.
Overcome barriers to learning and adapt delivery to meet learner’s needs.
Work to learner review and completion timescales.
