We are seeking a passionate and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join our welcoming primary school in Fulham. If you’re dedicated to supporting children’s learning and well-being in a positive, inclusive environment, we’d love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide one-to-one and small group support to students across the primary curriculum.


• Assist the class teacher in delivering engaging lessons and ensuring all students are actively involved in their learning.


• Support students with additional needs, helping them to develop academically, socially, and emotionally.


• Foster a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere where students feel confident and supported.


• Help manage classroom behaviour, ensuring students follow school rules and expectations.


• Contribute to the preparation of resources and classroom displays.


• Collaborate with teachers, other support staff, and parents to monitor student progress.

Who We’re Looking For:

• Experience working with primary-aged children (preferred, but not essential).


• A proactive, caring approach to supporting children’s learning and development.


• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.


• Patience, flexibility, and a positive attitude.


• A genuine passion for making a difference in children’s education.


• Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one).
