JOB TITLE - Primary Teaching Assistant
ABOUT THE SCHOOL
Prospero Teaching is looking for a dedicated Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming primary school in Lewisham.

CONTRACT/POSITION DETAILS
Location - Lewisham, South East London Type of work - Teaching Assistant Position - Primary Teaching Assistant Contract or position start date - ASAP Duration / Likely Duration - Until end of the academic year September 2026 (possibly ongoing) Contract or position end date (if applicable) - July 2027 Contract type (temp/perm/temp to perm) - Temporary Contract Full time/part time - Full time Minimum rate of pay - Minimum rate £90 per day Hours - 8:30 am - 4:00 pm : Mon - Fri (term time only)
EXPERIENCE, TRAINING AND QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum 1 year Key Stage 1 or Key Stage 2 experience in the UK Up to date Safeguarding training issued in the last year Experience working within a primary school setting
TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR THIS ROLE THROUGH PROSPERO TEACHING, YOU MUST:
Hold Right to Work in the UK Hold an enhanced child barred list DBS certificate registered with the online update service or be willing to process a new application Provide two professional child-related references that cover at least the last two years
