🏫 The Role Supporting students across secondary year groups.
Working alongside teachers to deliver effective lessons.
Providing 1:1 and small-group support where required.
Supporting students with additional learning needs.
Helping maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
Encouraging student engagement, confidence and independence.
🧑🏫 The Ideal Candidate Previous experience working with children or young people is desirable.
Experience within a secondary school setting is advantageous.
A patient, positive and proactive approach.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Confident supporting students with different abilities and needs.
A genuine passion for education and student development.
