Are you passionate about elevating teaching quality and driving innovation in education?

We’re seeking a skilled and proactive Teaching Innovation Coach to lead and support pedagogical excellence through coaching, technology integration, and staff development.

Qualifications & Experience

• Degree and a recognised teaching qualification (PGCE, CertEd, QTLS, or equivalent)
• Demonstrated experience in teaching, coaching, or mentoring in Further or Higher Education
• Solid understanding of engagement strategies, inclusive practice, and differentiation
• Excellent IT proficiency (Excel, Word, databases, and digital tools)
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities to collaborate effectively across departments

Key Responsibilities

• Support teaching quality through coaching, lesson observations, and active learning support
• Mentor staff one-to-one and lead CPD sessions and peer observation programmes
• Champion innovation by integrating digital learning, blended approaches, and modern pedagogical methods
• Support quality assurance activities, compliance checks, and contribute to teaching improvement plans
• Design and deliver training workshops, staff development events, and cross-institutional CPD programmes
