 What You'll Be Doing

As a Teaching Support Assistant, you'll play a vital role in helping pupils thrive both inside and outside the classroom.

You'll be:

Supporting students on a 1:1 basis and in small groups
 Helping to create an engaging, positive learning environment
 Encouraging confidence, independence, and personal growth
 Assisting teachers with lessons and classroom activities
 Building positive relationships with pupils and staff
 Celebrating progress and achievements, no matter how big or small
No two days are the same, making this an incredibly rewarding role for someone who enjoys variety and making a difference.

Who We're Looking For

We're searching for someone who is:
 Patient, caring, and enthusiastic
 Passionate about supporting children and young people
 A strong communicator with a positive attitude
 Reliable and able to work well as part of a team

Experience is welcomed but not essential!

If you've previously worked in education, childcare, care work, support work, youth work, sports coaching, we'd love to hear from you.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
