Job Description - Team Administrator

Our client is a dynamic and innovative company dedicated to delivering top-notch products and services to their customers. We seek a proactive and organised Team Administrator to join the team and provide essential support to the directors and wider teams. This is an excellent opportunity to advance your career into an EA role and develop your skills in a supportive and friendly environment.

What's On Offer:

Location: Near Warren Street, London (office-based with 2 days per month working from home)

Salary Range: £26,000 - £28,000 per annum

Hours: 9 am - 5 pm, Monday to Friday

28 days holiday

Christmas shutdown (holiday days not deducted)

Duties & Responsibilities:

Support to Directors: Provide administrative support to two directors, including managing schedules and coordinating activities.

Website Support: Assist with advertising the company's products on the website.

Customer Service: Answer phone calls from new, current, and lapsed customers, providing excellent customer service.

Presentation Creation: Complete PowerPoint presentations as required.

ISO Accreditation: Maintain the company's ISO accreditation and ensure policies are up to date.

Sales Support: Assist the sales team with order processing and related tasks.

Marketing Support: Aid the marketing team in product presentation tasks.

Office Management: Arrange meetings, manage travel itineraries, and ensure office cleanliness.

Dog Friendly: Comfort around dogs is essential, the business operates an office-friendly pet policy.
