Job Description - Team Administrator

Job Title: Receptionist / Team Assistant
Location: St Paul's, London (Full-time in office, with occasional Friday WFH)
Salary: £27,000 - £29,000
Contract Type: Permanent, Full-Time

About the Role

We are seeking a bright, motivated, and tech-savvy Receptionist/Team Assistant to join a dynamic and friendly team at a leading client. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a client-facing, fast-paced environment and is looking for a long-term administrative career.

You'll be joining a collaborative team of four, rotating weekly between front-of-house reception duties and back-office business support. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, takes pride in their work, and is eager to be part of a hardworking and supportive team.

Key Responsibilities

Reception Duties (1 week rotation):

  • Welcoming clients and visitors with professionalism and warmth
  • Managing the switchboard and directing calls appropriately
  • Handling meeting room bookings and ensuring rooms are prepared
  • Managing incoming and outgoing post and deliveries
  • Maintaining a tidy and presentable reception area

Team Assistant Duties (1 week rotation):

  • Providing administrative support to various departments
  • Assisting with document preparation, scanning, and filing
  • Supporting the secretaries and wider business support team
  • Managing internal communications and ad hoc tasks
  • Helping with events, team coordination, and general office duties

What We're Looking For

  • A strong administrator or receptionist with excellent attention to detail
  • Tech-savvy and confident using Microsoft Office and internal systems
  • A team player who is proactive, helpful, and eager to support others
  • Someone who is motivated, reliable, and looking for long-term stability
  • A school leaver or early-career candidate
  • Client-focused with a professional and friendly manner
  • Able to switch seamlessly between front-of-house and back-office responsibilities
