Job Description - Team Administrator

Team Administrator
£30,000
Monday - Friday 9am - 5.30pm

Key Responsibilities:

Perform accurate typing and audio typing.
Create, edit, and format documents using Microsoft Word and Excel.
Scan, file, and manage documents in both physical and electronic systems.
Handle general administrative duties to support the smooth running of the office.
Answer incoming telephone calls, respond to queries, and take clear and accurate messages.
Log and maintain records of staff holiday and sick leave.
Provide support to colleagues and management as required.

Skills & Attributes:

Strong typing skills with excellent attention to detail.
Experience within a similar role.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Good organisational and multitasking abilities.
Professional and polite telephone manner.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Reliable, flexible, and proactive approach to work.
