What role will you play? As a Team Assistant, you will provide essential administrative and organisational support to the Risk Management Group. You will help ensure smooth day-to-day operations and effective coordination across the team. Your responsibilities will include managing complex calendars, coordinating travel arrangements, and supporting office management activities. You will also assist with meetings, onboarding, and team events, contributing to a collaborative and efficient working environment.
What you offer - Proven experience as a Team Assistant with a proactive approach and ability to work independently.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments.
- Experience arranging travel and processing expenses and invoices.
- Familiarity with tools such as CWT, Concur, and Coupa is advantageous.
- Previous experience within banking or financial services would be beneficial.
