Your New CompanyA well-established and highly respected organisation is looking to recruit an Executive Team Assistant to support senior leadership within a fast-paced corporate environment. This is a unique opportunity to work closely with executive stakeholders, providing critical support that enables the smooth day-to-day running of the business and its leadership team. Your New RoleAs Executive Team Assistant, you will provide high-level administrative and operational support to senior executives, ensuring effective coordination, communication and delivery across the executive office. Key responsibilities include:
Managing complex executive diaries, coordinating meetings across multiple stakeholders, priorities and time zones. Organising internal and external meetings, including agendas, presentations, meeting materials and follow-up actions. Arranging travel, accommodation, itineraries and expense management. Preparing reports, presentations, meeting notes and executive correspondence. Supporting leadership meetings, company events and executive off-sites. Tracking actions, deadlines and key deliverables, ensuring timely completion. Acting as a key liaison between senior leaders, employees and external stakeholders. Maintaining confidential records and handling sensitive information with discretion. Providing office coordination and operational support where required. Anticipating challenges and proactively resolving scheduling and administrative issues.What You'll Need to Succeed To be successful in this role, you will have:
Previous experience supporting senior executives in an Executive Assistant or similar role. Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Excellent attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Advanced Microsoft Office and Teams skills, including diary and calendar management. Experience coordinating complex schedules, meetings and travel arrangements. The ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels. A professional and discreet approach when handling confidential information.Experience supporting leadership teams, board-level stakeholders or working within a fast-paced corporate environment would be advantageous.
