Successful Mayfair based boutique Investment firm with 40 staff are currently looking for a confident, proactive, highly organised Team Assistant. You will support an experienced, professional, friendly investment team of 7 along with ad hoc support to the CEO and senior management team. Key duties include extensive diary and travel management in the UK and USA, scheduling meetings and prepping with refreshments, organising client and team events, managing expenses, finance admin support, attending committee meetings, circulating minuting and Board information, assisting the Office Manager with with HR, compliance and operational duties including ordering supplies and stationary.
The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years corporate Team Assistant/PA experience, ideally within Finance or corporate environments, used to working independently and providing team support and adding value wherever you can. You will be based in the office five days weekly, hours are 9-5pm, the company offer a generous benefits and bonus scheme. This is an ideal opportunity for an ambitious candidate wanting to work in a busy, fast paced, professional culture.
