Crime Team Assistant - Boutique Litigation law firm.

Location: Central London (Hybrid: 3 days in 2 WFH!)

Salary: up to £45,000 plus bonus/benefits!

Type: Permanent

We are currently recruiting on behalf of a prestigious and rapidly growing US law firm, which is seeking an experienced Team Assistant to join their high-performing team in London on a permanent basis.

This exciting opportunity will see you supporting the wider team within the firm's Crime/Litigation team, making prior experience in law essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Proactive diary management and scheduling
• Coordinating complex travel arrangements
• Opening and maintaining client files
• Compiling and formatting legal documentation
• Supporting business development and marketing initiatives
• Preparing and processing billing guides
• Managing and updating internal databases

Candidate Profile:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• Previous experience as a Legal Secretary within a law practice (essential)
• Strong organisational and time management skills
• A professional, client-focused approach with excellent communication skills
• The ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) to an advanced level
• A positive, proactive attitude with strong attention to detail
