You, as the team assistant, get to embark on a journey with the client and watch growth take place in real time.

During your role, you will provide high-level team assistance to a minimum of three members of the Operations Team, having a hand in the collective success of the business. Through interacting with the company’s suppliers and guests, your active participation will help elevate the Operations Team and streamline their processes.

Key responsibilities:
Diary management
Meeting support
Planning and executing on travel and conferences
Handling correspondence
To be considered for this role, you must have at least 1-2 years of experience in an assistant role, be competent with IT, such as Microsoft Office applications, and preferably experience with Slack or Notion, have a proven track record of longevity in previous positions, and have an eye for detail. Also, you must take pride in your work and have a have a desire to forge strong relationships with colleagues.
