This is a fantastic role for a polished, professional, and proactive EA with 2-4 years of experience in a fast-paced financial services environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing ever-changing, high-volume diaries with precision and foresight
• Coordinating global travel and preparing detailed itineraries
• Acting as the first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
• Liaising with high-profile clients with professionalism and discretion
• Preparing documents and presentations to a high standard
• Providing seamless day-to-day support to a busy team

What We’re Looking For: 2-4 years’ solid EA experience in a fast-paced finance environment

Degree-educated, with a secretarial qualification highly desirable

Articulate, poised, and professional with a polished communication style

Able to remain calm under pressure and juggle multiple priorities with ease
