Team Coordinator - forklift license required

Personnel Selection are pleased to be working with this established and well-respected Andover based business, who are recruiting for a Shift Coordinator to cover their Afternoon Shift.

The hours of work are

• Monday - Thursday - 11:15 - 19:30 with 30 min lunch (15:00 - 15:30).

Friday - 08:30 - 15:00 with 30 min lunch (12:00 - 12:30).

Your duties will include working with other leaders and managers and communicating to the team to ensure they understand workload priorities, targets and demands.

You will organise weekly overtime requirements when required, monitor the daily capacity models to ensure orders are fulfilled OTIF and action holiday approvals, RTW's, clocking system records and overtime approvals.

We are looking for someone with a valid counterbalance forklift license, as well as experience in coordinating teams and the ability to use MS Office to a good standard.
