Are you an experienced Team EA with at least 5 years experience? If so, this role is working at a highly successful and fast-paced Private Equity firm with stunning offices in Mayfair. This is your opportunity to join a friendly, down to earth boutique team who are highly collaborative and support each other. You will be joining a high performing team and as it is a small team the role is hands-on so you will need to be flexible in who you support and be a diary ninja so you need to be able to be to initiate changes and stay one step ahead (when you can!). You will principally support three of the Partners across their scheduling/travel and event planning. There may be some minimal PA support for some of the Partners but only adhoc. As Team EA you will need to be highly organised, proactive and have excellent communication skills. This is a driven and unified team where your contributions will truly matter and it is a fantastic role for an EA with a real desire to give the best support to their team.

You must have at least 5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant ideally within the investment sector, but fast paced, corporate experience and longevity are key for this role.

Duties include, but are not limited to:

• Extensive calendar management for Principal and two senior members of the team
• Coordinating and scheduling meetings and calls - high volume and across multiple time zones
• Organising international travel arrangements, international and domestic flights, accommodation
• Providing adhoc support for the wider team as expected within a collaborative working environment
• Managing events/offsites for the team
