Team Lead .NET

Altenar is an international IT company founded in 2011, with offices in Malta, Greece, Georgia, the Isle of Man, and Uruguay. We specialize in high-load software development and provide one of the best technology solutions for the iGaming industry worldwide.

We are looking for a Lead to one of our Altenar Data Feed teams.

As a Team Lead, you will oversee and coordinate the work of a .NET development team responsible for the Data Feed Backoffice.

This role is ideal for individuals with previous team lead experience or .NET developers who are passionate about leadership.

About the Project:

Multifeed (Altenar Data Feed) is a product that allows for near real-time calculation of the probabilities of events occurring in sports matches (bookmaker data).

Responsibilities:

• Lead and coordinate the work of team members, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented environment.


• Define technical requirements and development tasks, distributing responsibilities within the team.


• Plan and monitor project execution, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.


• Participate in the analysis and design of application architecture.


• Identify and implement improvements to existing components.


• Conduct code reviews to maintain high standards and share knowledge.


• Synchronize activities with other teams to ensure seamless collaboration.

Skills and experience we`d like to see:

• 3+ years of experience in .NET development, including work with .NET Core 3.1 and above (experience with .NET 8 is a plus).


• Proficient in C# and familiar with the latest developments in the .NET ecosystem.


• Understanding of transport protocols, RPC, streaming systems, message queues, and various storage solutions.


• Familiarity with popular design patterns in C# and architectural patterns for building fault-tolerant systems.


• Experience with logging systems like Elastic Stack, OpenSearch, Graylog, or Google Cloud Logging.


• Skilled in log interpretation to identify anomalies and incidents.


• Familiarity with Grafana dashboard configuration for monitoring key metrics.


• Ability to balance technical, aesthetic, and business requirements effectively.
