Job Description - Team Leader

If you are passionate about managing and developing people, keen to work in a fast growing and dynamic organisation and you're a confident communicator ensuring everyone understands goals, tasks, and expectations, this newly created role could be for you.

In this role, you'll collaborate with stakeholders across the business and be responsible for your team's performance and development. Conducting 1 to 1's and KPI management.

There is a wide range of fantastic benefits, including generous holiday entitlement, excellent bonus scheme and pension contribution and much more. Starting salary is up to £40,000 depending on experience. This is an office based role and due to location you will need to be a driver.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Cultivating a 'customer-first' attitude, driving a culture of exceeding customer expectations throughout the team
  • People management, responsible and accountable for your team ensuring they are consistently meeting performance targets and KPI's, receiving regular 121's and performance management
  • Develop efficiencies, embed processes and drive the growth of the department
  • Effectively managing and maintaining customer information within the company's CRM system, ensuring accuracy and compliance with data protection regulations
  • Collaborating closely with key stakeholders across the organisation to develop and implement a customer-centric approach, aligning strategies with broader business objectives
  • Proactively receiving and implementing feedback to drive continuous improvement and enhance the overall quality of service delivery

Skills and Experience:

  • An effective communicator, clearly and concisely, ensuring everyone understands goals, tasks, and expectations
  • Previous experience in an office based role, managing people is essential
  • Strong leadership skills, motivating and inspiring team members, fostering a positive work environment, and building trust
  • Ability to make sound and timely decisions, under pressure
  • Proficient in the Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel and Teams, as well as CRM software
