About the Role

• Managing and support care staff to provide a safe, nurturing environment for young people,
• Ensuring adherence to care plans, regulatory guidelines, and the home's objectives
• Maintaining professional, positive practice as a role model and leader.

Requirements:

• DBS clearance
• Team Leader or Significant Residential experience
