Team Leader

We are looking for a dynamic, hardworking Team Leader to lead the team in John Lewis, Newcastle, to ensure the customer experience is maintained to the highest standards.

As a Team Leader for Benugo, you will be supporting the management team to assist with any team or customer queries.

Hours: 30 hours per week

Hourly rate: £14.25 per hour

The Team Leader will provide a positive and efficient customer experience, whilst ensuring the smooth running of the location. 

Key Responsibilities:

• To ensure Food Safety and Health and Safety compliance is followed at all times. 
• To organise deliveries, checking delivery notes and reporting any discrepancies.
• To assist with all front of house tasks, such as clearing tables, working on tills and serving food and drink,
• Carry out daily team briefings.
• Assist with the development of the team, providing training and up-skilling where possible.
• Support management with effective cost control, inclusive of labour targets.
