This is an excellent opportunity for someone with previous leadership experience in a food manufacturing or production environment who enjoys motivating teams and delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced setting.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and motivate your team to deliver the daily production plan on time and in full.
Monitor and accurately record key performance measures including yield, labour, efficiency and waste.
Ensure machinery is set up correctly to maximise efficiency and achieve production targets.
Identify opportunities for improvement and escalate any issues to management when required.
Attend management meetings, present KPI information and complete agreed actions.
Work closely with other departments to resolve operational issues.
Ensure compliance with food safety, health & safety, environmental and customer standards.
Support internal and external audits.
Promote a positive, professional and safety-focused working environment.

What We're Looking For

Previous experience as a Team Leader, Line Leader or similar role within the food manufacturing industry is preferred.
Strong leadership and people management skills.
Good IT skills and confidence using paperless production systems.
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
Good understanding of food hygiene and health & safety requirements.
High attention to detail and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

What's on Offer

£16.48 per hour.
Monday to Friday working pattern.
Stable afternoon shift (3:00pm-11:30pm).
