Team Leader

Pertemps are recruiting for Team Leaders based in Hortonwood. Working a day shift, Key responsibilities will include:  

Assist the DFC Pharma Operations First Line Manager in the conduct of their responsibilities, and deputising as necessary.
Operate Warehouse Management System functionality to ensure that operational system requirements are met, this will, at a high level include: receipting, putaway, despatching, wave creation, order assignment, stock assignment, dock assignment, exception management, exception investigation & system task management/hygiene.  

Manage and develop the team through PPR completion, to ensure succession planning/talent management is in place.  

Own and Operate to trained work instructions e.g., ABC Modules / WI. 

Comply with all instructed Safe Working Practices including the reporting of all accidents and incidents within the workplace. 

Achieve individual and team productivity performance standards including accuracy. 

Any other tasks that are deemed appropriate for the role

You will need: 

NO unspent convictions and be able to pass a basic Criminal Record Check/Disclosure (DBS check) Ability to provide 3 years referencing contacts and have been resident in the UK for the last 5 years
