Team Leader- Client Cash

This is an excellent opportunity to join a prestigious Financial Services company in Leeds City Centre as a Client Cash Management Assistant Manager. We're looking for a motivated and detail-focused Assistant Manager to support the smooth running of the Client Cash Management team. In this role, you'll help ensure the team meets regulatory standards, works efficiently, and provides excellent service.

Salary: £35,000-40,000

• Support daily operations of the Client Cash Management team

• Ensure compliance with CASS and other financial regulations

• Help manage team communication and internal updates

• Maintain and improve processes, systems, and documentation

• Assist with training, performance management, and team development

• Contribute to business planning and ongoing projects

• Provide cover for the Client Cash Management Manager as needed

• Report any risks or issues that could affect clients or operations

• A-Level education (or equivalent), including English and Maths

• Experience in finance, accounting, or financial services

• Strong Microsoft Office skills

• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy

• Proactive, organised, and a good team player

• Comfortable taking initiative and working independently
