Hours: 36 per week

A team Leader is required to support the new Child Friendly Complaints and Advice team supporting both Children's Social work service and Education

The Team leader will be accountable to the Service Manager for the management, professional oversight and organisation of a team of professionals offering an effective and efficient complaints service, providing professional leadership, support, and direct supervision to the team.

Our salary range typically reflects the initial starting salary and annually increases until it reaches the top of the range.
