Team Leader - Fuels

Title: Manufacturing Team Lead

Location: Portsmouth

Salary: up to £44,000 per annum DOE

About the role:

As a manufacturing team lead you’ll  be responsible for managing teams of between 15 – 20 people.  You’ll be encouraging and developing teams skills, ensuring team KPI’s are met and striving to achieve company goals.

Desirable Skills and Experience:

Ability to make decisions under pressure.
Technical skills related to the specific manufacturing processes at the facility.
 Competent use of excel and word
Ability to update WIP trackers using excel and writing of concessions/permits using word
Experience in a supervisory role
Prior experience in a manufacturing Environment
The successful candidate will need to complete a basic security clearance due to the nature of the role
