The Role

Were thrilled to share that our client is launching a new clinic in Huddersfield. This is a dynamic, full-time opportunity for a team leader in a bustling service, delivering essential evaluations for families and individuals. The hybrid position, based in the new location, is ideal for a qualified clinician to manage a team within our clients neurodevelopmental assessment group, focusing on adults and children referred for autism and/or ADHD evaluations through public health service patient choice programs and general practitioners.

The role also encompasses monitoring contract implementation and service delivery, overseeing the local execution of organizational strategies, and tracking performance metrics for contracts and local operations.

Clinical governance is a critical component, requiring oversight of all active assessment cases to ensure clear direction, structured planning, and streamlined case management. The team leader will address clinic challenges, such as staff absences and case reallocation, while supporting newer team members with their onboarding, skill enhancement, and integration. Identifying inefficiencies in clinic processes, creating new resources, and working with senior leadership to drive improvements are also essential.
