Team Leader - MASH Team

We are looking to recruit a Team Leader - MASH Team within the Social Care industry in Kingston Upon Thames, on a permanent basis paying £52.584 to £55,620- depending on their MASH experience .

Please be aware there is a minimum requirement of 4 days p/w in the office.

Responsibilities include:

• Extensive experience of section 47 investigations.
• Risk management.
• Screening referrals.
• Able to work autonomously.
• Investigating any concerns of neglect through section 47 investigations.
• Clear understanding of the principle and function of a Multi-Agency Safeguarding Hub.
• Evidence of ability to use analytical skills to determine positive outcomes for children and young people within tight timescales.
• Previous experience of working with partner agencies to gather information essential.
• Managing staff

Experience preferred:

• Post qualifying experience of working as a Senior Practitioner in a MASH Team in the UK.
• Managerial experience in a MASH team is not essential but a boost if you have this.

Minimum Requirements:

• HCPC Registration
• 3 year post qualifying experience within the UK Social Care industry (MASH Team)
• Enhanced DBS/CRB (we can obtain for you)
• Eligibility to work in the UK
