Team Leader - Pension Projects

Kew has developed and deployed a considerable number of niche software based tools and applications which facilitate the workflows of the Science departments. This role is pivotal to this and the incumbent will be working with a mix of old and new software technologies. To be successful in this role, youll need to have significant experience of working with the entire software development lifecycle, within a framework, ideally coupled with project management experience.
As this is a line management position, and there is a significant amount of work with end users and other stakeholders, were looking for someone with excellent interpersonal and communication skills and experience of line management.
The individual will lead a hybrid team of developers and analysts. As required, the individual will be expected to travel to Wakehurst for projects involving that site, or possibly elsewhere within the UK or overseas where projects are collaborative (usually accessible by public transport).

The salary will be£56,445 - £66,356 per annum, depending on skills and experience.
