Salary: £49,221 - £53,826 Per annum (pro rata for part-time) Pay award pending


Working Hours: 37 hours per week

About the Role


You will assist the Regulatory Compliance & PMO Manager in: - managing, leading and directing the delivery and performance of the Regulatory Compliance Team. Provide professional advice and assistance on construction related statutory and regulatory compliance to staff, clients and contractors employed by Property Services, Members and senior management. Implement and monitor systems to safely control risk and to ensure compliance with statutory regulation.


You will work as part of a team to help to deliver the Principal Designer duty, you will provide CDM advice to Clients and other designers to help them to comply with CDM 2015. This role will afford you the opportunity to work on a wide variety of projects, from new build, refurbishments, and maintenance projects


 


About You


To apply for this post, you must:


 



  • Have a degree level qualification in a relevant area or equivalent level of relevant construction experience

  • Be a member of a relevant CDM related Construction Professional body.

  • Be able to demonstrate extensive experience of working in the construction industry

  • Have practical experience of civil engineering project management

  • Possess experience of the design process and the principles of risk reduction

  • Have construction project management knowledge and application


  • Experience of involvement in the development of key performance measures and benchmarking activities. Experience of managing/ leading a team. Preparing reports and building budgets
