Team Leader (Social Care)

On behalf of my client we are recruiting for an Team Leader within the Colchester area. This home cares for adults with Learning disabilities and Autism. You must have your NVQ level 3 and a minimum of 1 years experience as a senior/deputy managing a home. 

My client offers both Residential Care and Supported Living options to individuals who have a moderate to severe Learning Disability with complex challenging needs and/or a Mental Health diagnosis who are over the age of 16

This is an exciting opportunity to manage services that are forward thinking, outcome based care and have developed people’s skills to enable them to flourish. The role is contracted to 40 hours but these hours will need to be in line with the service’s needs, you will also be expected to participate in an on-call system.

Due to the location of this home, you must be a car driver and have your own transport.
