Team Manager - Birmingham

Are you an inspiring leader passionate about making a difference in adult social care? We're looking for a Cluster Team Manager to oversee high-quality supported living services for adults with learning disabilities in Birmingham.

£30,000 per annum
37.5 hours per week (rota-based shifts, including nights & weekends)

Key Responsibilities:
*Lead and supervise a team of Support Workers, ensuring exceptional, person-centred care.
*Work alongside the Area Registered Manager to maintain high standards of support and compliance.
*Promote independence and wellbeing for adults with complex needs, including autism and behavioural challenges.
*Manage rotas, records, and day-to-day operations across multiple services.
*Act as a role model, championing best practices in safeguarding and positive behaviour support.
*Spend at least 1 day per week directly supporting individuals, balancing hands-on care with leadership duties.
*Work flexibly across a 24/7 rota, including nights, weekends, and bank holidays.
*Collaborate with senior staff to create a cohesive, motivated team.

Essential Criteria:
*Experience supporting adults with learning disabilities and autism (complex needs preferred).
*Proven leadership skills with the ability to mentor and develop staff.
*Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management for Adult Care (or commitment to complete within 18 months).
*Strong organisational and IT skills.
*Full UK driving license (non-negotiable).
