NonStop Care are working with a Good ofsted Local Authority who are looking for a full-time permanent Team Manager to lead an Assessment team, based in the Southeast. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting comprehensive assessments to determine the needs of individuals requiring social care services

Requirements:

• Experience in conducting assessments, legislation/best practice and management.
• Recognised social work qualification with current Social Work England registration
• Full UK Driving Licence and own vehicle
