As a Team Manager in our central community Early Help Team, you will play a vital role in shaping the lives of children, young people and families across Hampshire. Leading a skilled and committed team within a newly established countywide service, you will ensure families receive timely, solution-focused support that helps prevent challenges from escalating and promotes positive, lasting outcomes.
This is an opportunity to provide strong leadership, drive high-quality practice and influence service development at a pivotal time for Early Help. Working closely with colleagues and partners across the system, you will help strengthen Hampshire’s Early Help offer and ensure services remain responsive, effective and focused on delivering the best possible outcomes for families.
