Job Description

* Leading and inspiring a passionate team of Social Workers and practitioners.

* Making critical safeguarding decisions that protect children and improve lives

Requirements

✔ Social Work England registration
✔ A recognised Social Work qualification
✔ At least 3 years' post-qualified experience
✔ Strong leadership and management experience within Children's Services
✔ Excellent knowledge of safeguarding legislation and statutory practice
✔ The passion to inspire teams and deliver outstanding outcomes for children
