Team Manager - Children in Need

What will your responsibilities be?

• Lead and manage a team of social workers responsible for Children in Need cases.


• Provide effective professional leadership, direction and management oversight.


• Allocate and monitor CIN caseloads appropriately.


• Ensure practitioners receive regular, reflective and purposeful supervision.


• Monitor workload, performance, case progression and compliance with statutory timescales.


• Support staff to maintain high professional standards.


• Promote a positive culture of accountability, professional curiosity and continuous improvement.


• Identify and address performance, workload and practice concerns promptly.

Qualifications & Experience:

To be successful in this role you must have, 

• Social Work England registration


• Eligible to work in the UK


• Hold a full UK driving licence


• Post-qualified experience in a Team Manager role


• Degree level or equivalent in Social Work
