  • Supervision: Provide robust supervision and support to Supervising Social Workers, trainees, and support staff.

  • Growth & Recruitment: Participate in the advertisement, recruitment, and selection of new social work talent.

  • Flexibility: Manage a schedule that includes some evening and weekend work to meet the needs of our foster families.

Benefits:

  • Real Impact: The chance to truly transform the lives of vulnerable children.

  • Supportive Culture: Work within a collaborative team that prioritizes peer support.

  • Career Growth: Access a tailored training program designed to help you progress based on your performance.

  • Work-Life Balance: Competitive annual leave and a commitment to staff well-being.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you must possess:

  • Social Work England Registration (Active).

  • Degree level qualification or equivalent in Social Work.

  • 5+ Years Post-Qualifying Experience in statutory childcare work, including child protection.

  • Leadership Experience: At least 2 years of experience in a supervisory or management capacity.

 Reasonable Adjustments:

If you consider yourself to have a disability or require any reasonable adjustment during the recruitment process or within the workplace, please highlight this at the earliest opportunity by contacting our team. With this information, we will provide appropriate support to you throughout the process and into your work placement.
