Team Manager - LAC/CIC - Bournemouth

Team Manager required for work within the Children in Care team Service in the Bournemouth area on the beautiful Dorset coast. Pay rate £45.92ph, Contract for 3- 6 months initially 37 hours per week. Flexible hybrid working.

We need an experienced Team Manager for the Children in Care Team. The team supports children in care, working with them, their families, carers and partner agencies to promote their safety, wellbeing and stability. This includes supporting children who may have experienced trauma, loss or disrupted relationships, ensuring their care reflects their individual needs, identity and wishes. The work involves regular visits, assessments, care planning and reviews, alongside supporting stable placements, education, health and meaningful relationships with family and others important to each child. The Team Manager will provide supervision and guidance to social workers, oversee care planning and support timely decisions about children's long-term care, ensuring their views and needs remain central.

You will be SWE registered, ideally a driver with access to own car and able to reside and work in the UK
