We are seeking a dedicated MASH Team Manager to lead our Multi-Agency Safeguarding Hub (MASH) team in Doncaster. This pivotal role involves overseeing a team of skilled social workers and collaborating with various agencies to ensure the safety and well-being of children and young people. Your leadership will be crucial in managing complex cases, making informed decisions, and coordinating effective interventions.

• Lead and manage a team of social workers, ensuring high standards of practice and professional conduct.
• Collaborate with multiple agencies to facilitate comprehensive safeguarding measures for children and young people.
• Oversee the management of complex cases, ensuring timely and effective interventions.
• Develop strategies and policies to enhance the effectiveness of the MASH team.
• Provide guidance and support to team members, fostering a supportive and collaborative work environment.
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of the team and individual team members, providing feedback and opportunities for professional development.
• Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and organisational standards and requirements.

• BA or MA in Social Work, Diploma in Social Work, or equivalent recognised qualification.
• Registration with Social Work England.
• Proven experience working with children and families, preferably as a qualified social worker.
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to build effective teams.
• Excellent relationship-building skills with children, families, colleagues, and partner agencies.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to write high-quality assessments.
