Team Manager - Safeguarding Adults

Liquid Personnel is recruiting Team Manager for its client's Safeguarding Adults Team at Devon. Our client’s Safeguarding Adults Service is seeking a highly experienced Team Manager to lead, support, and drive continuous improvement within a busy and demanding safeguarding function.

What will your responsibilities be?

• Proven leadership and team management abilities


• Ability to learn, adapt and manage workload at pace


• Strong professional judgement and oversight


• Commitment to high quality, person centred safeguarding practice

Qualifications & Experience:

To be successful in this role you must have, 

• Social Work England registration


• Eligible to work in the UK


• Hold a full UK driving licence


• Post-qualified experience


• Degree level or equivalent in Social Work
