Position: Team Manager
Location: Thatcham, Berkshire
Salary: up to £35,000 per annum (DOE) + Excellent added benefits
Hours: Full time

Career Makers are recruiting for an experienced Team Manager to join a well-established specialist provider supporting autistic young people with complex needs.

Responsibilities as a Team Manager:

* Line manage, coach and mentor a team of Autism Practitioners

* Support the recruitment and induction of new team members

* Manage staff attendance, sickness and other absences

* Monitor staff performance through regular check-ins and reviews

* Support the implementation of autism-friendly strategies

* Provide personal care in line with individual support plans

Requirements as a Team Manager:

* Level 3 Health & Social Care qualification or equivalent

* Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Support Worker

* Experience working with autism and/or learning disabilities
