Stott and May are looking for a Microsoft Teams Meeting Room Engineer, to join a long term project in Swindon. You'll be working as part of a large team to ensure an ever-increasing teams meeting room estate is enabling all colleagues from boardroom to branch network can best serve customer needs.
CONTRACT / Freelance 5 days per week on site (on site) - Swindon 6 months ASAP start
Responsibilities: - working within M365 workspace feature team, provide design, build, test and support services - Conduct stock checks and prep the stock to be bundled to the designated room / location - Completing prerequisites for meeting room installation, such as port checking. - Work closely with onsite Pro-AV support team.
Working we lead engineers to: - ensure teams meeting room standards are always followed during installs - work alongside 3rd parties to ensure communication is clear and needs are met - document AIS activities post install of meeting rooms.
Key Skills; - knowledge of managing team meeting room and surface hub devices - experience of managing devices through MS Intune and MS Teams room Pro Portal - Expertise to enable high quality (technical / business) solutions to be delivered - Agile way of working
