Tech Catalyst Finance Lead for Firmwide Tech - Senior Manager

About the role:

Reporting directly to the Tech Catalyst Finance Director, the Finance Lead for Firmwide Tech will act as the primary commercial specialist for Tech Catalyst within the Business Partnering team. This senior role provides strategic financial and commercial leadership across pricing, technology charging models, investment governance, business performance, and forward‑looking commercial insight. 

What your days will look like: 

• Shape and drive the commercial strategy for tech across the firm.

• Lead on supporting technology pricing, cost recovery and cross‑charging models across Lines of Service.

• Provide commercial challenge, insight, and recommendations to senior leadership, including the COO, CFAO and Finance Director.

• Ensure consistent, robust commercial practices that enable the firm to recover investment, protect margin, and value its digital assets appropriately.

• Strengthen the firm’s readiness for the evolving technology commercial model and support its embedding into systems.

• Act as a key interface between Tech Catalyst, Business Partnering, and the firmwide Commercial Excellence team.
